Purposes with this research were to explore the experiences of Filipinas living as international wives in Korea also to formulate a substantive concept that describes the essential social procedure for adjusting to life as a international spouse in Korea.
This descriptive qualitative research used the grounded theory design. In-depth, semi-structured, audio-taped interviews had been carried out with 10 Filipino immigrant spouses in Korea.
